Responsible for complete operation of "JEC"

Scope of works is generally the same as in JEC, Additionally of project management and office administrations.

Complete design work Right from Concept design to Construction documents based on project brief and clients requirement for all Mechanical services. like HVAC, Plumbing, drainage, Electrical and Fire fighting services using relevant codes and suit clients requirements.

Cooling load calculations, equipment selection, ESP calculation for ducts, Head calculations for pumps, Building control logic, Demand load calculations for water supply etc.

Floating the tenders in the market and obtaining competitive rates, preparing comparative statements, helping clients for finalizing the contractors.

Scrutiny of builder’s drawings, shop drawings and data sheets for various products.

Overall Co-ordination and supervision of site till the completion of project. Various schematic diagrams for chilled water, ventilation, Cold water supply, Drainage, guiding Draughts men team to prepare Ducting layouts, piping layouts and equipment layouts for all the Mechanical systems, including duct size and pipe size checks. Leasing with statutory authorities like Fire & Emergency and Pollution Control Board for coordination of Fire service, water supply and sewage drainage.

Up to Jan 2009 in Design studio – Bahrain and then at Doha city centre project

Scope of works is generally the same as in JEC

Review of contactors HVAC drawings, material submittals, revising design as per the clients new requirements and due site conditions etc, review of Work inspection reports, Non conformance reports, Field observation reports.

Preparation of estimates for various services like HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing.

Preparing the builders drawings, shop drawings, material data sheets, obtaining the approval from consultants for all above.

Co-ordination with local civil defense for fire fighting works.

Overall supervision of the sites to maintain the quality standards set by the consulting engineer and for the timely completion of the projects.

Monitoring pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

Complete documentation of the Operation and Maintenance Manuals, as-built drawings and commissioning readings.

Maintenance of projects during the defects liability period.

Monitoring the performance of the staff.

(Baroda office for 2 years and Pune office for 1 year).

Same as in M/S G. P Zachariades Overseas ltd; but to the extent of HVAC only.

Design and planning of chilled water plants.

Preparing Bar Charts and monitoring the progress of the projects.

Selection of various items like Refrigeration Compressors, Pumps, piping valves, cooling towers Thermal design of condensers and chillers and mechanical design of all parts like shells, tube sheets, baffles etc. as per TEMA and ASME specifications.

Preparing shop drawings and data sheets and seeking approval for the same from the consultants.

Inspection of compressors, chillers and condensers for pressure testing, welding quality etc.

Co-ordination of surveillance reports to maintain ISO 9001

(Diversified unit to manufacture Copper Clad Laminates)
